Chronimy is in formation as a Swiss non-profit. We collect only what is necessary. We do not sell, share, or monetise personal data. Swiss and EU GDPR standards apply throughout.

Data We Collect

  • KYC data — identity documents processed via Didit.me (a separate privacy policy applies to Didit.me's processing)
  • Genesis member registration — name, email, phone, wallet address, collected via the referrer registration process
  • Essential cookies — session management only. No advertising or tracking cookies.

How We Use Data

Data collected is used solely for the purpose for which it was provided: responding to enquiries, conducting KYC, processing Genesis member registrations, and operating the Genesis programme. No data is used for marketing, profiling, or any purpose not stated here.

Data Storage

All data is stored and processed by Chronimy and its service providers within Switzerland and the European Economic Area. No data is transferred to the United States. Infrastructure operates on Hetzner Cloud (Germany/Finland) and Infomaniak (Switzerland).

Third-Party Processors

Your Rights

Under Swiss law and GDPR you have the right to: access data we hold about you · request correction of inaccurate data · request deletion where no legal obligation to retain exists · object to processing · lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
