Chronimy is being constituted as a Swiss non-profit Stiftung. Ambassador compensation is a content distribution fee for work performed, not a referral fee for capital introduced. CNMY is a utility token, not a security. See Ambassador Paper for full terms.

Ambassador Code of Ethics
The commitments every Chronimy ambassador signs on onboarding. Not fine print. The only things that will get you removed from the programme.
The eight articles
Honest representation. I will describe Chronimy as trust infrastructure using blockchain rails — not as a speculative investment, "gem," or "100x."
Jurisdictional discipline. I will not actively target audiences in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, or China — no geo-targeted paid ads, no copy explicitly directed at excluded-jurisdiction readers. I will include the mandatory disclaimer on every post that touches Chronimy. Organic reach to my existing mixed-geography audience is acceptable; the disclaimer and the infrastructure-level geo-block at onboarding hold the regulatory boundary.
No forecasts, no promises. I will not project future token prices, returns, or specific CHF outcomes.
Transparent ambassadorship status. I will disclose my ambassador status on any Chronimy content. My audience has the right to know I am compensated.
Audience protection first. If I identify anything that could mislead my audience, I raise it to the project before I distribute.
No audience fabrication. I will not purchase followers, engagement, or impressions at any time during my ambassadorship.
Confidentiality of internal materials. Ambassador-Only materials will not be published before the project's published date. Leaks are terminating breaches.
Respectful exit. If I decide to stop, I notify the project and let the attribution link deactivate cleanly.
The Ambassador Promotion Agreement (v1.0) will be presented for click-through e-signing on acceptance. Until signed, no legal relationship exists between you and Chronimy Stiftung. While your application is pending review, you have read-only access to the Executive Paper through the Ambassador Portal — full content access, your 5 referral codes, and your compensation dashboard unlock automatically once the Architect approves your application.
Your application is in. The Architect will review and respond within 24 hours to the email address you provided.
What happens next
Pending review access — you can already enter your Ambassador Portal with your access code and read the Executive Paper. Other content unlocks once your application is approved.
Bot-farm verification runs in parallel — standard authenticity check via HypeAuditor or equivalent. Not a quality bar; only fabricated audiences are excluded.
Email reply within 24 hours — approval or quick clarifying question, directly from the Architect.
Ambassador Promotion Agreement (v1.0) via e-signature service — simple contract: 30% USDC per successful referral, mandatory disclaimer on every post, no targeting US/UK/CA/China. Same day on approval.
Ambassador Portal full access provisioned — 5 single-use Genesis referral codes that auto-refresh, full content library, message templates, and your compensation dashboard.
First post within 48 hours of onboarding — earnings start on first verified contribution. 30% USDC paid on-chain within 7 days of payment confirmation. Ambassadors with 5,000+ followers unlock Ambassadors-Only SimpleX access (direct line to The Architect) on their first verified contribution.
